This page covers that second half of the process, the part that happens after manufacturing, where modular building installation actually puts your building on the ground.
Why Installation Is Its Own Skill, Not An Afterthought
A module built perfectly in the factory can still go wrong on site if the installation isn’t planned properly. Sequencing matters. Crane access matters. Ground conditions matter. Accent treats installation as its own phase of the project, with its own planning, not something we figure out once the truck arrives.
As one of the UAE’s established modular building contractors we run installation with the same factory-level precision we use in manufacturing. Every module is tagged, sequenced and scheduled before it ever leaves Fujairah, so the crew on site knows exactly what goes where and in what order.
Our Delivery & Installation Process
Transport Planning
Every module is measured and routed before transport begins. Oversized modules need road permits and route surveys in the UAE, and we handle that entire process so nothing gets held up at the last mile.
Site Readiness Check
Before delivery day, we confirm your foundations, ground works and crane access are actually ready to receive modules. Installing on a site that isn’t prepared costs everyone time, so we check this in advance, not on arrival.
Craneage & Placement
Modules are lifted and placed in a pre-planned sequence, each one locking into the module before it. For multi storey builds, this means floor by floor, with structural connections verified at every level before the next module goes up.
Final Assembly & Commissioning
Once modules are placed, our team completes structural connections, seals joints, and commissions all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This is the stage where individual modules become one functioning building.
Site Handover
We clean and restore the site, then walk you through the finished building before handover. Nothing gets called complete until every system has been checked and signed off.

Modules arrive at roughly 95 percent completion, which means installation on site is measured in days and weeks, not months. Because manufacturing and site preparation happen in parallel, your foundations can be going in while your modules are still being built, so no time gets lost waiting on one phase to finish before the next starts.
